I have never been to Montreal however I keep hearing that the French Canadian Montreal girls are hot and their prices are very reasonable.
Calgary I find goes in spurts from great supply to a rather limited supply.

Montreal has to be number 1. The standard price is $180 - $220 depending on the agency and scenario (i.e. In-Call vs Out-Call).
