Yes, they do have a 3rd location in Kits now, at 1937 West 4th Ave suite 201. Haven't been yet, but was told. Anybody with some intel on the place would be nice!
Just a little update at "Reach". I have yet to try their Granville and Kits location, but I've never had a bad time at the Broadway location. Room fees are $40 for 30mins, $50 for 45mins, and $60 for $60 mins. I've seen Mia, Adele, and Nina. Mia and Adele offer HJ ($60 tip), topless HJ ($80 tip), and nude body slide ($100 tip). Nina offers all of that plus CBJ ($120 tip) and FS ($150 tip). While there was mutual touching allowed for Mia and Adele, it was all above the waist, but Nina allowed touching everywhere, including digits.
In summation:
Mia - South American girl, petite, very sexy, in her 20's, long brown hair. Very nice attitude, massage was decent, finish was great but that was prob because I was so taken aback with how hot she was.
Adele - White girl, average size, above average looks, in her 20's, curly long dirty blonde hair. Very nice attitude, massage was a bit soft but better than Mia's, finish was good enough. She does a mean head massage though.
Nine - Serbian girl, taller and a slight tummy but average otherwise. Big implants (D's?) and botox lips with platinum blonde hair, prob in her 30's. Nice attitude, massage was the best out of the 3, opted for the CBJ, felt great and she allowed digits which is a big positive for me. She did cut my time about 10 mins short, but I had to go any way so I didn't mind, and she was really nice.
It would be nice to get other people's description of the girls, there seem to be tons of good ones at Reach, but would be nice to have an idea what they look like before going in. Happy pooning!

As for walking in vs. booking. Every time I show up for a session, there seems to be at least one or two other girls available. For the Broadway location, you can always walk by and take a glance to see if there are any girls sitting in the lobby area that pique your interest. You can pop your head in too, it's one of the most legit looking massage places so I wouldn't worry too much. But if you do want to keep it discreet, you can easily walk by a few times as there are multiple shops in the area.
