People decide for whatever reason that they no longer want to be on PERB ... can we all respect their decisions and just let them go?

Some walk away and never look back, they don't give a fuck if people wonder where they went or if anyone notices their gone.

I think some people do it this way to see how much reaction they will get: "oh no! OMG! _________ is gone! how shall we survive? oh woe is me! ________ is gone!"
