In a perfect world, when I make a booking I would like to know the conditions under which I may receive lower mileage. Hygiene is clearly a factor in all offers. If a lady advertises DFK but doesn't do it with older clients or ones she finds unattractive it would be wonderful, though unlikely, to know that in advance.
I am not sure what you mean by lower mileage? book her for 48 hrs so you know she did not have any other guy in the last 22?
What I meant Zippy, in the context of the thread, is under what conditions will a lady who advertises DFK not provide it. In the YMMV sense it could be because of hygiene or other factors. I was suggesting that it would be nice to know what those factors are in advance of the session, so one could make an informed decision. In Victoria, ads often state YMMV for any element on a lady's menu. In this sense, the term mileage does not refer to how many customers a lady sees, rather it relates to the range of services the customer receives on a visit.
