What have you found of value and what did you do with it?

Today while entering my place of biz, sitting on the window sill of all places I found a RYOBI 18.0v cordless drill. Fuckingfantastic.
Because my biz is now closed (sold 2 weeks ago and was only here afterhours doing cleanup) I wouldn't have a clue who it would belong to so I plan on keeping it.

My building is completly empty excluding my office equipment and has been now for over a week. There has been no reason to have any tradesmen on my property or anyone else for that matter. Either some guy walking down the street came over to my building (about 40 feet away) and put it down for whatever reason or some kid stole it and didn't know what to do with it and decided to ditch it.
