History
The Hamilton Hound is named after the founder of Sweden’s Kennel Club, who developed the breed by crossing German hounds (the Hanoverian Hound, the Hölsteiner Hound, etc.) with the English Foxhound.

Behavior
With his endurance and resistance to the cold, this courageous dog usually hunts alone for game (including redheads, blondes & various nationalities).

Advice
He needs a great deal of exercise and requires a regular phacking.
