It stands for entitled, over-priced, egotistical chinese female who was born in Canada.
What makes them so special? Let's see:
1) born in Canada - can't be credited to them. They should feel lucky, not entitled.
2) speak English. I've been all around the world, and they speak English very well all over, and it's overwhelmingly the one foreign language that they do speak well. So yeah, people around the world can speak English, big deal! If you want to impress me, be a Canadian born Chinese and speak Russian.

As far as sharing the bill most white girls I've dated would rarely do that. The one foreign born Asian girl I've ever dated would pick up the tab on a regular basis.

Yep English is easy as hell, look at all these old ladies that come here and in a couple of years they pretty much got it all down. The Grammar is so simple, one word in English can have what 2 endings possible unlike in Russian where a word can have 6 different endings. Plus you have no feminine and masuculine and neuter nouns.

As a Cantonese speaker (struggling) myself, I watch chinese movies w/ subtitles to help me improve. I agree that Cantonese is not a pretty language. Mandarin however, especially if spoken politely, is beautiful.
I've always felt that "CBC" was a negative term, along the lines of (but not as bad as) "banana". Yellow on the outside, white on the inside.

I was downtown today, I don't get down all that often. Oh my God, Asian girls are so damn hot. you must only be speaking of the chinese ones. Not the vietnamese ones, not the cambodian ones, not the filipino, not the koreans, not the japanese. Those "dragon ladies" are a product of the liberization via the Communists and the super-capitalist British colony of Hong Kong. Before all that, the Chinese women were never "dragons" but much like the rest of the Asian women.
