I use Perb, C erf and CL only. Have used localescorts.ca before but only before I found these others. Newspapers are dead for anyone under 40 years old for sure......probably for men older too.

I am always looking for websites for SPs to know they are not newbies and have their heads on right.

When I am looking for someone new PERB, it seems to be the place for Edmonton. Given the current crunch I have been sticking to the ladies that I have seen before and I know are worth the effort to see.

As an out of towner I have found Perb to be a good base to start searches for SP's and to discover who the top agencies are. I like reading the reviews to get a perspective. i usually end up going through CL. I find that there is a lot of emphasis placed on CL here. In Toronto, CL is considered a lower level of Hobbying talent. Out side of BC, I rely on TERB, MERB, and a new board CAERF. The CAERF site has western boards but they are not very populated yet. It is a good place for Ontario reviews on SP's tough. I like to see reviews because IMO, if a pooner goes to the trouble of writing a review, he probably thinks well of his experience and those are the SP's that I am interested in..

Going to reply from 2 perspectives.

For the guys, CL is a troller's haven to locate new and upncummers. Ladies usually start advertising in this space and eventually move on to Perb and C*r_f. By the time advertising is on these 2 forums, the ladies become mainstream and reputation usually is established or grows at a great rate. As these sites are mainly homegrown, the other sites cater to out-of-towners and travellers so not every local pooner hears or knows about these other sites.

For the ladies, CL is the lowest in the foodchain as far as advertising because it is no-cost (at least in Canada?) and has high readership. It is also flooded with competition in low and medium priced SP's. Perb and C*r_f is a targetted audience.
