What do you look for in a good incall location

Hi there everyone

I would like to know what pooners look for in a good incall location.

I love my incall location in Victoria.
It is a quiet condo in the Inner Harbour downtown Victoria.
Spacious and high ceiling, which I love.
It is a concrete building, so I hear no noise from my neighbors, and it is in a good area of town.
It is in downtown, but tons of free street parking available as well.

One issue, only one issue I have is that the condo is a bit confusing.
I suppose this contemporary architecture is one of the feature of this building, but it is a bit confusing.
There are more than one building, more than a few entrances.
After you buzz me and let you in, you ony have a few minutes to use the elevator which sometime does not work.

Upon confirmation, I give my exact address and instruction to get to my door.
Since it is a bit big and confusing, my instruction tend to be long and wordy....
So that may be a reason why people get lost.

Some says they cannot find the main entrance even though I tell them it has garage doors and such.
They still come from back door, which is not on the street I mention to them, enter the other building, and get lost.
Some says they cannot find my room.
They make a wrong turn, go to the wrong building, get lost.
Some says elevator does not work, which does happen.
Even though I suggest them to call me or buzz me from the main gate, they find their way to go deep inside of my building, get lost.

Three individuals so far disappeared in between front gate and my room, they get lost, get frustrated, and left.

Some, of course, says they had no problem finding my room following the instruction, and they are the majority.
However, whenever people get lost I have to go look for them, and this happens, I think, way too often.

I am considering moving in my option to solve this issue, though I hold much prefer to stay at my current incall location.

Why not ask the first time client if he'd like you to come and get him from the entrance? After the first time, he'll know how to get to your place.

I can do that.
The issue is I have to put on some decent and non sexual attire.
I suppose I can put on the school girl outfit once a client gets here.

Hi Yoko, I happen to know quite a bit about incalls, for reasons I won't get into lol...

To answer your question, I think "All of the Above" is a good answer, but I have some additional thoughts.

A central location (ie., not suburbia) is almost a must, because many clients are married men who come during lunch hour or after work. A drive across town will not do.

In a condo/apartment, discretion is pretty important, both for you and the client. This means an entrance you share with everyone else, so that clients can come in and more or less blend in with everyone else. You want to avoid a separate entrance where nosy neighbours can see people coming and going at all hours. All things being equal, a building with lots of suites and a small number of floors is preferable to a tall building with few suites per floor, discretion-wise.

Lots of parking is always a plus.

On the same note, check for good soundproofing. You don't want people hearing you have sex more than the average person.

If you get a place with a big tub, get used to clients asking you to share it with them, so decide if that's something you want to do.

Lots of guys bring wine, so maybe have a place where you can do some light entertaining or have some idle chit chat before or after the session if you want.

A nice-to-have is a good washer dryer set so you can get your linens cleaned and dried in a hurry.

Another nice-to-have is two bathrooms, one for you and one for the clients, so you can freshen up and not ruin the illusion for guys like LAG who don't think women have bodily functions. It also keeps your towels separate so you don't accidentally wipe your face with the towel he wiped his dick on lol

I wouldn't worry too much about interior/decoration when choosing a place, because you can decorate any place and turn it into a decent incall location with a few candles, some towels, a nice bed, and some artwork.

It sounds a lot like my place, except some people find it complicated to find my room.
I have a nice living room for chit chat, two bathroom one for me, one for you guys, a big soaker tub, a washer and a dryer, concrete sound proof building in central location with tons of street parking....

It is just kind difficult to find my room.... If you follow my instruction, it should be fine, but I suppose following the instruction may not be the easiest... And it is partially because the design on building is complicated and security system is not the smartest one to have.

Hmmmm.... Any more comments about a good incall?

4. Ample room without knocking into furniture... an ensuite would be nice.
5. Location should be a safe, inviting and semi-discreet venue without having to wear a kevlar vest.
6. Pet free for those who have allergies.

Cleanliness, good bathroom facility, location and parking are the most important (in this particular order). A spotless clean bathroom with standard or oversize shower will be adequate, does not need to be too fancy.

I also prefer a unit that is at the end of the corridor and the entrance door faces the corridor. This provides a full length view of the corridor through the peep hole. There are 3 reasons for this.

1) I have been to places where the SP's unit is the first unit upon exiting the elevator. This can be awkard knocking on the SP's door when riding up the elevator with neighbours who lives on the same floor.

2) When the client arrives and is walking down the corridor, the SP can look through the peep hole to see the client coming from a distance. The SP can then open the door even before the client needs to knock on the door. I feel that this alleviates the sound issue which may ''notify'' neighbours.

3) At the end of the session, the SP can look through the peep hole to ''check'' the corridor for neighbours before the client leave.

My room is the end of the hall way by a staircase that leads you to go down and outside, which I like to have it besides my door. Hmmmmm.... It is so hard to find a perfect incall!

first i should say i don't really care about the ladies incall

i stepped in dog pooh and pee and went back the place was a dump, but i went back in her bedroom it was enjoyable, that is all that really matters isn't it.

after that, i think private so were not interrupted.
i have been in places where the lady she actually lives there, and well not so much
i mean i stood there at the door, while she opened a beer for me, not knowing what to do, i stuck my head in the kitchen she yelled at me, this is her private space,

the lady i see now, she rents a place just uses it for this, and there are no issues like that. we user her sofa her kitchen table her bedroom whatever no privacy issues.
some ladies use there house it works we have went straight to her bedroom and stay there for the duration never went into any other part of her house until i was asked to.

but its just more comfortable if she has a place dedicated to this.
after that kids and kids toys. its kind of annoying and uncomfortable when your paying for a women to step around and over toys. it ruins the mood.

pets, its funny but a womens dog used to bite me. i did my best to be nice to the dog, did everything i could to be nice to that dam thing, but it would bite me everytime.
the funny thing, it had the same name as my wife, the lady would offer me a night cap and her dog same name as my wife would bite me , fuck
i would just laugh at well i don't know simple things for simple minds, but i found it amusing

a nice incall is nice i admit, but unless you see something that really upsets you, if you enjoy the physical side of it who cares.
