What Do the colours mean in regards to prices?? (ex: RED GREEN or YELLOW)

I see colours are often used in regards to ratings/pricings. Could someone please fill me in on deciphering their meanings? Thanks so much!

red would be 50 1 red = 1-50. green = 20.. yellow should be brown I believe which would be 100

Those of you who have been in this hobby for a long time don't even bother using the colors anymore. At least that is the impression I got. I have read many posts saying that.

Frankly, it's not like cops are not smart enough to figure the codes out. So just go with real numbers instead of color coding them.
