What cities outside of Canada have a good hobbying "scene"?

Sorry for the lack of better terms, but Im still new to this. Im planning a vacation and I dont know where to go, but I would like to go anywhere where the SPs are just as nice/safe/ as the ones in Toronto and Vancouver. And is there a TERB site equivalent for that city? Thanks for the help.

Montreal without a doubt has the best whoring scene in the country. The selection is huge and the quality is usually outstanding. Its not uncommon to be able to order in for $160/hr. Victoria would also be well worth the effort.

My Apologies....for some reason I assumed that he meant other Canadian cities since the other whoring destinations issue has been cover ad nauseam fairly recently. My bad scanning habit.

To answer your question you can not beat Rio or Pattaya. Other notable worthy mentioned are Medellin, caracas, the Dominican Republic, Argentina and Prague. As far as safety you should be ok in any of those providing you exercise the same level of diligence as you do in NYC or LA.
