What age do most guys usually start using Viagra, Cialis regularly?

I've only tried these drugs a couple of times, but for guys who use them more regularly, at what age do guys start to notice that they need to get the prescription?

I think all guys have a bit of trouble getting a stiff one really late at night after drinking alot of alcohol, but as I'm getting a bit older, I find it happens even when I'm sober and during the days/mid evenings.

I don't think it's an age thing. More to do with physiology and there can be other health issues which can cause difficulties. I haven't needed to use anything as of yet and I just turned 55.

now im on a lot of different meds and im not sure if there are any conflicts with my current meds.

Sure. Guys who are overexposed or addicted to hardcore porn, are used to having a LOT of audio and visual stimulation to help get them aroused. They also develop unrealistic expectations as to what 'normal' sex should be like. So for porn addicts, being in a quiet room with one woman, having vanilla sex, sometimes doesn't provide enough stimulation to really turn them on or keep them hard. I started this hobby about a year ago after a 2yr dry spell because I was "away." Besides the alcohol, tobacco use, high blood pressure & type II diabetes all can add to the physiological causes of ED. So can some of the medications for some of those conditions, unfortunately.

Never used the two supplements ever before, read that both of them may help. I'll look into how they would have an effect on Cialis. Pretty sure it had to with my zinc levels such as testosterone were fine. Should have a test run this week so I'll know for sure by then

About five years ago I started to experience symptoms of ED. I fixed them by -

being more active- getting my ass to the gym
eating better
de-stressing my life

Ya porn induced ed makes sense. Hard to take a break for porn,especially no mastubation. Maybe I should start slow and watch soft core. Also last time I could keep it up I had a cialis in me. I find this idea really intriguing. The longest I've held off wanking was a few weeks when I was a teenager, but I'm pretty much a daily spanker now. I'd love to see what an orgasm would feel like after a few weeks of holding out and with no porn either.
