What’s your relationship status?

Much like politics, religion, and fine dining, and amorous preferences, my staus on anything refuses to be defined by an itty bitty box.
Happily divorced/Single.
Now when I say that, I don't mean it as a shot at my ex. We actually have a very good relationship and have always co-parented our daughter in a constructive manner. We both know that we were way better friends than husband and wife, if that makes any sense. And I actually love being single. My life has been full as a full time parent to my daughter (that's another story), a busy career and numerous friends and family to fill my time. Now that my daughter is grown and on her own I can come and go as I please. And I admit that I am probably not the best husband material. I can't give of myself emotionally, to another person, the way one should in a marriage. Probably because of my Asperger's .
So that's why I always say "Happily divorced" and so is my ex.

Just want to point out that this poll is totally irrelevant due to the fact that it limits you to only one choice. Tried to ckeck three boxes but couldn’t WTF 🤷🏻♂️
