I had high hopes but it was better than I could have imagined.
Spent a few days there, not just a party but an immersion in Montreal culture.
One day in Ottawa, beautiful condo, beautiful girl. Byward Market was fun. Shopping for fancy clothes with a beautiful woman, seeing her trying on evening gowns is bound to a good time. There was an off the shoulder red dress with a sequin design on the front, $1400 but seeing her in it would have been worth it. That girl has a rack that is the stuff of dreams eh? She would not let me buy it for her! Integrity eh? But she did wipe the drool off my face for me.
Saw Justin Trudeau's motorcade go by on Sussex. Last summer a friend and I got ran off the road by an Obama convoy in downtown DC, dozens of cops all over, cop cars blocking intersections, black SUVs, and a swat team on a fire truck like thing. What a difference seeing Trudeau's! A Crown Vic, a black Suburban, and two minvans is enough for Trudeau. They even stopped at the red light turning onto Sussex.
On to Mtl.
Hotel room had giant Whirlpool and a fukn STRIPPER POLE! Yes it was like Executive Bath but with Vj and the whole full service no holds barred.
She took me on a tour of the city, it was a really great time. Everywhere there is great food and nice people. The weather even co-operated. I gained three pounds...so much good food. She took me to a patisserie that I could have eaten myself to death at. Chocolate Caramel cheesecake. Chocolate toffee cheesecake. Fudge. Pizza. Lasagna. Yeah ashamed to admit it but I had all that.I felt like the guy in the Monty Python movie eating until I exploded.
She took me up to the top of Mount Royal, all around Westmount and Outremont. What a beautiful city. I have been there before but having someone who really knows the place was so much better.
The GFE taken up several orders of magnitude. She was so nice to hang out with it would have been worth it at twice the price.
We even saw the old Expo 67 site. La Ronde is still there, but the only other remnant is the dome that was the USA pavilion.
Oh yes wicked selection at the upscale liquor stores. Those people know how to enjoy all the finer things. Funny seeing corner stores with beer, so the actual SAQ stores focus more on higher end product.
Yes, a great time. Saving up for the next trip.
