I wanted to come on here and share my frustrations. Been a regular at WCA and I am unsure if their management has changed or if the founder herself is running the show since their phone girl is away or gone.
They have adifferent protocols in place now to minimize the risk of Covid. I am all for safety but was taken back when I was told I had to book 3 hours appointments in advance. Not a huge deal but certainly something very new to me. Where my frustrations grew is the day of my appointment got cancelled on while on route...not happy with what happened. I understand things happen for the girl to cancel but when I am paying 3 hours upfront I do not expect this at all. In fact the phone girl was very unprofessional and rude and seemed not to care at all.
I am glad that we have other options to chose from and the era of WCA being on the top is over in my books. They have a solid clientele base but after this experience I wont be one of those clients. Rant is over
