Just to clarify, in many languages there's a different word for younger or older sibling. (Like a proper word, not an adjective modifying the sense of a same word)

In Chinese, older brother is gege, and younger brother is Didi. Older sister is jiejie and younger sister is meimei.

In popular language dick and pussy could be translated by small younger brother (Xiao Didi) and small younger sister (Xiao Mei Mei)...
