I can only assume that you are interested in working in Victoria. The only "massage" agency is Escape and Relax, where the ladies do not necessarily perform full service. All of the other massage services are by independent ladies, most of whom advertise in Monday magazine.

The other three major escort agencies in town all advertise on bcdarlings.com, and some of the ladies at those may also offer massage services in addition to their normal service. They all seem to have their fans on this board. If you are serious, you should pm some of the women who post in the Victoria section for their advice.
