I had a friend tell me about a how he has recently worked out while watching porn during his home workouts. He says it energizes him. I found it to be quite a weird idea and counter productive...especially if you get a raging hard on. On the other hand, if the scenes do stimulate and energize you, then maybe you could put that energy and aggression into some lifts and sets. I'm not really sure as I've never tried this. I told him that his idea could be a new viral fitness trend lol. What do you guys think? Has anyone ever tried this?
