Watch out! Gigapixel cameras are here!

This may look like an ordinary picture of the Vancouver Yaletown condos:

Except that it's a gigapixel picture! By zooming in, I found:

A sexy woman in her condo:

Middle building, middle of the building is a square of condos with lights on. She is in the middle of those. ;)

Aaaand....

Someone getting a BJ on the balcony of a penthouse :D

Click the link below to view the actual gigapixel picture where you can zoom in and zoom out:

So watch out fellow pooners and SPs, you are being watched! :p

Can't you get arrested for doing stuff like this?

I know, what man hasn't checked the scene out with Bino's or a telescope in his life.

But I don't think you should be posting pics anywhere. That might get you in trouble.

He didn't break any laws. He simply took a picture of the skyline of Vancouver. What are the police going to charge him with -- picture magnification? Hardly.

Well I think this is more than just taking a picture of the skyline, but I was curious as to any possible issues that could arise from this, more importantly, posting a picture whereby the face of the individual could be identified with the technology we have these days.

Never know where that could go, ask Google what problems they ran into with their Street View feature regarding licence plates or faces as they did their videoing.

It might be something one should avoid me thinks.

Just wondering.

If someone had've looked up at this sp's apartment window the other day they would've seen my pale white ass pounding away. Quite the naughty little exhibitionist this girl was.

Because of the Advent of Camera-Phones, They Changed the Law

This I know for a fact. It is the peoples responsibility to close their blinds. As long as your not physically trespassing you can zoom, take pics all you want and yes....publish them as well. If your not on thier property and you can still see it then your doing nothing illegal. It's no different than having binoculars.
According to the Federal Department of Justice, not necessarily so since 2005...

"New voyeurism offences have been created. The main voyeurism offence prohibits the secret observation (by any means) or recording of any person, in circumstances where there is a reasonable expectation of privacy, in one of three situations:

* when the person observed or recorded is in a place where a person is expected to be in a state of nudity, or engaged in sexual activity (such as bedroom, bathroom or changing room); or

* when the person is in a state of nudity or engaged in sexual activity and the purpose is to observe or record the person in such a state or activity; or

* when the observation or recording is done for a sexual purpose.

The intentional distribution of voyeuristic material is also prohibited."

Now, if you engage in sexual activities standing in an open balcony, there is no expectation of privacy, but if you are changing clothes in your bathroom, even though the curtain is not entirely closed, you might. Having said that, since the giga-picture was not for the purpose to obseve exactly that, in this particular case, there is no offence.

Upon closer inspection...

Is this really a guy getting a BJ? Except for the "head" part that looks like it could just be a BBQ. And if that is a head, it's pretty flat and cylinder shaped.

Maybe this is like those Rorschach tests, where we see BJs in everything.

THIS

That's just a regular picture of the Vancouver Skyline taken from afar. It just happens to be a gigapixel picture (1000 megapixels) where the picture is so big and so detailed that you can actually zoom in within the picture.

Nowadays there are 15 megapixel cameras. So pictures are getting bigger and bigger where you can see more detail than ever before. So if it's an offense to take a picture because you can zoom in so much, then at what point do megapixel cameras get outlawed? Maybe when they reach 200 megapixels? :p

If you zoom in along the bottom right corner, you'll see a man bicycling as he munches on take-out food:

So instead of looking for hot chicks in their condos, you rather look for guys like those?

Nice find buddy! lol
