A little off topic but I should post it as a warning.

Some useless waste of skin stole my boots at WRO tonight and made me go home barefoot. Not looking for sympathy here not like I cant afford to replace them but its principle. Actually kind of hope the son of a bitch reads this and feels good about himself.

I dont in any way hold the MP responsible they were great about it and were more worried then I was. Vicky was almost in tears and my SP offered to replace them which I refused. It is my own fault for leaving them down there I should have known better.

So sneak thief karma sucks yours will come in the end and if you do read this PM me I would love to smack the piss out of you.

To the waste of skin I hope your dick falls off and to everyone else have a great evening and if you are wearing footwear worth stealing take it to the room with you.

That's really too bad Chonig

Not only should his dick fall off but hope he has an accident and get's his feet amputated so he can't even wear them. I like to always take my boots off and take them to the room with me but feel bad in the winter especially when they still are wet and you put them on the floor. Yes, you don't track it all the way but still makes the room dirty. I think the MPs could help by simply putting a plactic mat in each room close to the door.

I totally understood when, in the middle of winter, with my boots covered with a thick layer of snow, I was asked to take them off at WRO.
Hopefully they can come up with a better system.

What sort of a looser would steal shoes? You just spent $200 on a SP, you have the money to buy your own shoes.

It could be some young pranksters. Back when Fantasy was my 2nd home, I was told that some young neighborhood punks would walk by, open the front door, yell out some profanities at the ladies and run away. Occasionally they would steal clients' footwear that were left at the front, so I was advised to bring them into the room with me.

I think and believe that people who steal need it more then the person who owned it in the first place.

You can now say, "I've done my community service !!"
All I have to say to that is

BULL FUCKING SHIT!!!!!

GET A FUCKING JOB!!

I like to believe that too Annalise and you might be right if a person steals a loaf of bread from a store that has 10,000 more loaves on the shelf but I'm afraid that cliche (like most others) does not apply to 100% of the time. In this case I assume that the person stealing the boots had a pair when he came in and either:
1) left after a switch was made or
2) wearing his out and carrying out the ones he stole.

In either case, he did not need them as bad as the person walking out barefoot. Sorry, but in this case I don't think it helped a bit.

With great respect Annalise you're kidding right?

You mean to tell me that the low life who smashed my car window (unrelated to a pooning adventure) and stole car stereo needed it more than me? You mean to say that the piece(s) of crap that broke into my friends house, stole his home stereo and then proceded to trash the place were simply doing what they had to do because they had no other options?

I'm very passionate about this becuase I was once homeless and unemployed and stealing would have been the easy thing to do but in life there are always choices and I chose to get myself straight and am better off because of it. Giving the asshole who stole the boots a free pass because he was a "victim" who need them more is very lame and is a indication of the attitude that shows what's wrong with this country.

If we all thought that it was OK to steal because we needed something more we'd be living in "Texas north" where we all needed a gun to protect ourselves and I know we don't want that situation. It's easy to justify needing to steal something when you are a sociopath and with that said I really need an iPod so i'll just take yours becuase I need it more, is that OK with you?

No the person who stole the boots is a criminal and is deserving of the full effect of law on their sorry ass, sympathy or worse yet some understanding for them is not an option here.

Sorry wasnt my intention to cause any arguements here I was more less trying to give a heads up not to leave anything at the entrance whether it be a jacket footwear or whatever else you may have. I have limited experience with other MP's but from what I have been told this could happen at almost any of them.

Its ok they were a half size to big anyways and I already bought a new pair.

sorry, I conceed...

YOU"RE all right and I had no right to put my nose into this one.... Naive yes I sure the fuck am.... when I think all humans are nice until proven wrong.

OH and yes, a client or two have stolen from me.

Moving on,,,, sorry to bother u ! :(

but before I leave, I will live my life the way that makes me feel good.... I was simply trying to share it. :(
Annalise...No need to conceed and no need to apologize for your opinion. I think I sit somewhere between you and the others here as I already mentioned I tend to agree with your thinkng to a certain extent (ie. poor people stealing food). Still does not make it right but a little understandable. I also do not think you are naive but just have your heart in the right place. Just think in this case you are being too kind.

Chonig, you also have nothing to be sorry about. Thanks for bringing this potential problem to our attention.
