Washing your hands

Im not goin to do a poll but I've been noticing how most guys dont wash their hands. What i see is most people not washing and some just sprinkle water their hands with a bit of water with no soap. Does it really take so much time to put a bit of soap and water on your hands?

I usually do but sometimes in places that only have the air dryer things and have self flushing urinals I will skip it.. no paper towels in the shitters is a pet peeve of mine.
