always wondered this, like if sp's that post here and the johns all met at a bowling alley or a pub or something for a meet and great type thing.

sometimes these things work better if done on spur of the moment, no big arrangement, and just show up. Somewhere cheap and available. I know a good pub in Ladner, lots of parking, Thursday night has Fish and Chips for $4.99 and good choice of beer. How about 7:30 pm for everyone?
if you mean the open and publicly posted ones ..... there was a series of open meetings called PERBerts Anonymous ( search archives for some stories ... stories were called PA Moments or PA Minutes ... I do not remember exactly ).
You are late by ... ohh.... about 10 years for them.
They started with 3 people at the first meet and last... PA10 was around 110 people.
We took over The Drake that evening ....

There have been different meet up in victoria through the years
It was through a different board that now is defunked. .but the member all so we're here on perb.
We meet up in a a pub a few times.. a bungee hall another... and a number of time had games night a different members homes
If we were lucky a few girls would show up too .
But it never was a big group.. maybe 15 to 20 people that showed interest. . 6 to 10 that got together.
The best get together were when one or two of the Victoria agencies had a party.. 20 to 30 guests. And 8 to 10 girls. Lots of fun
