Man driving a black taxi cab from Kelowna does not pay for services as agreed and is both physically and verbally aggressive.

A female worker went on craigslist to find ride from Kelowna to Kamloops. She secured a ride with a Kelowna cab driver and paid fare upfront. Cab driver then said she could have a refund in exchange for services. She agreed. Driver became very forceful physically and verbally, telling her she wasn’t doing enough. He sexually, verbally and physically assaulted her and refused to give her a refund after she provided services.
Caucasian male, approx 55 years old. Approx 5’9”, 200+ lbs (big). Black hair, clean shaven. Driving a newer black 4-door sedan taxi cab from a Kelowna company.
