We set up car date, I gave her bill, she says she has to pee, leaves car, and I never see her again. So lesson not to give full amoutn up front or allow to leave vehicle. She did a great job of setting me up

Unless she's going to pee in your vehicle, you'll have to let her leave. If she really needs to go
to a toilet, you could ask for the money back till she returns.

Never pay anything upfront unless you know the person is trustworthy by experience or reviews.
