i worked as a line cook, Never again. It sucks to work in an industry which is intent on proving repeatedly that it gives absolutely no fucks about the kitchen staff but treats the idiot servers like gold

My job is looking amazing compared to that.

yup thats basically how it is working in the food industry, they treat you like shit and expect perfection and submission for low wages

Sounds like just about any apprenticeship worth its salt

There should be a companion for customers - treat everyone in the restaurant with respect.
