Let me first say that I lived in the South Cambie area for over 25 years. First Translink rams the new line down Cambie not for the benefit of Vancouverites but for those who live in Richmond and now City Council is looking into allowing Big box retailers to open on Southwest Marine. Why doesn't the City develop Kent Ave and then allow the Walmarts/Cdn Tires etc to build down there ? Customers could access the stores from Oak/Cambie/ Main and Fraser and the noise would be kept down because the stores would be off the main drag.

RBC/Royal have provided sponsorship for the a canadian olympic athletes. Money talks and rules in our society today. Whether it is business or justice if have the money you will get what you want. Sponsoring an arena, I thought you have to bid for your name to be used on the facility. I guess Royal's bid was not high enough to secure a name/sponsor the Vancouver arena.The Lizard King said:

Ghost - I think that London Drugs is at Victoria and 41st. Was talking to computer dept guy there, they chased a guy 8 blocks recently after he snatched a small HP photo printer.GhostX said:
