As some people may know I've just finished my first year of my MSc in Human Nutrition. In the end I would like to work in Sports Nutrition for high level athletes when I grow up to be a real Big Kid. I'm currently out of classes until September but am partaking on a personal project to grow my own knowledge and to test out all the fancy things I've been learning. Hooray!
What I'm looking for: volunteers (either male or female) who would be willing to participate in a custom meal plan exercise. Preferably people without any severe health problems and/or food allergies as I don't feel I'm versed enough to dispense advice for that yet. I'd like a varied group of participants: people looking to lose weight, looking to gain muscle, etc. Obviously this is all free and fun and for the sake of learning. All I ask is that you keep me updated with weekly progress so I can track it. Everything will be confidential, I don't want real names or anything personal aside from numbers on a scale or measurements.
