Specific dates would help to co-ordinate your trip with a visiting SP. A visiting SP would likely work better than a local, less likely to flake, the local ladies have a bad rep for no-shows. As far as restaurant recommendations, if you need those, this board will come up with many.
Yes, whats up with no-shows! I never had a problem meeting an SP (visiting or local) for the usual at her place. But about a week in advance I started approaching some ladies to attend the Black and Blue Ball with me last year. Besides the few who rejected my offer saying it wasn't their thing, I set up both a date and a backup plan with two ladies who seemed excited to go. With an exact date and time agreed for me to pick her up, I kept in touch through text with my main choice of girl who advertised as VEGAS on BP last year with big fake tits (who seemed perfect for such an event) but when the night came to pick her up, she didn't even answer my call!! And then my backup gal who was even talking to me on the phone that evening while I was already in the car going to the event and ready to pick her up instead blew me off to go out with her girlfriends. Oh well. I never tried that again (to date em instead of "doing" em), to take an SP someplace is a krap shoot that is probably harder to arrange than expected!
Did anyone ever see VEGAS? Because she is still on my mind, and all the searched threads had guys talking about her crazyness, her photos, and seeing her walking downtown and at Polo Park in her outfits..... but nobody booked her for a session ??!?!?!?!

This is pretty sad, the guy is asking for a classy dinner date and no one has been able to suggest anyone for him. I don't see a lot of SP's so i can only go by the recommendations i read. I would suggest Riley would be your main choice but not sure she would be available.
I guess it would depend when you are coming and the type of Lady you like. I would recommend Felina and I know she does the dinner thing at her place where she makes Dinner and then "dessert". I am sure she would be up for going out for Dinner as well.

Flakey Local SPs
IMHO flakes, and especially hard flakes at that i.e; last minute no-shows without any notice, is more common than punctuality among local SPs. I find this to be true regardless of how well I had profiled the SP e.g; she may be a university student training to be a professional and seems to be level-headed not a druggie, she still flakes. I kept stats once: I was getting a 60% flake rate with locals.
My policy is to no longer contact SPs who advertise with a 204 area code - the k-girl agencies being an exception - so Vegas is on my no-fly list. Many members have challenged me on this stating words to the effect: "There are good local SPs". If someone needs a "regular" I suppose finding a good local SP is an imperative, for me trying to find a good one it's not worth the trouble. Visiting SPs can flake too - I've experienced it more than once - but it is much less common.

It's called "humour" what's the point of giving this guy our recommendations, he's given us no clue as to what kind woman he's looking for so apart from schilling our favourites there is no point to this thread!
I don't think the wpg guys are looking for dinner and date SP's, that may be why there is limited recommendation.
