I was going to ask the same thing 'cause while I respect chad's positive review, there have been far more not so great ones. It's too bad because I've watched her ad for years and never could pull the trigger due to the negative feedback. That body though, daaaaayum.
I was skeptical with her as well due to reviews, I though she was great tho. I posted a review a couple weeks ago about her.

Respect and all, but can you describe yourself a bit, Chad? like are you a "Chad"?
Some reviews I've read say she's a high-maintenance type, maybe you fit the bill which is why you had a good time? 6pk abs, tight dick root, drives a Denali?...y'know?
Lol , I'm 41 , gym often. No abs but trying. Drive a 2001 f350 , hunt & fish. Not a frat boy "chad" haha. More of a hermit in the boonies. I do well with women sometimes I just wanna cut to the chase with leolist tho.
Tiffany said guys get all upset cause they try to low ball her or don't wanna wear a rubber. She's safe and cautious. I don't think any kind of "bare" services. She's beautiful and we had a great time. Chatted for a bit after , I'll go back.

I'm sure being one of the few legit providers in this city, there's heavy pressure on her (and a few others) to fill that demand to do things other providers NOT in this city would do. I'd respect that temperament, if that was her case. Makes no sense to haggle prices either, 'demand' is on her side as there is no 'supply' here. ..but again, I've been afraid to approach her because of reviews about her being 'high-maintenance', leading me to believe that if you don't 'fit the image', then expect low milage. Being 50, I don't have the patience for such things, but if she's down-to-earth, I'll try...
That's been my take on it too. Like, for years that I've seen her ad. I kinda assumed she'd be perfect for some young buck who just wants a hot lay and cares little for how they are actually treated. Maybe I'll give her a go though.
By the way, what in heaven's name is a "tight dick root"?
