It’s just a marketing thing that some providers use to try to put themselves above other providers.
I was just about to write exactly what Charlee said. When I see it in an ad I expect to pay more for the same service.
Some providers use "VIP service" as an option above GFE to indicate that they provide, essentially, PSE service.
