I'm actually appreciative of Radbuster's comments. I had no plans at all to see this provider anyway, but racist attitudes and behaviors is a red line for me as a consumer, so knowing about it is useful.
Obviously this isn't a place for debate, but I do see this as helpful review information - tons of review information is useful for some consumers but not others.
