bit more conservative than the other asian countries, (communist) night clubs have an armed soldier at the entrance, massage spa's have the same, someone keeping tabs on the place all the time
the girls a bit cautious with tourists, probably after you got to know them a bit (go a few times) they might loosen up a bit
all I was aware of was a tug after massage, prices were reasonable (about the same as other asian countries
girls at the night clubs would not leave with a foreigner but you can arrange to hook up outside, not sure what it would be like bringing someone back to your hotel room, the hotel I stayed in was higher end and I doubt anyone would have said anything
