I didn't encounter this Annie 4868 but had met similar lady last year and her pictures resembles her very much.

Thanks for the link. That lead to reviews under 1048 and possibly working with Gina earlier. All the data points fit except may be at a new location. 18K views since rebranding July 2023.
Old reviews describe hard bolt ons and leaving bite marks on shoulders and arms. And probably not Viet either. Thanks for saving me from a headache.
