I've had a string of bad luck lately seeing SP's who look nothing like their pics with sub par service... Who's the best and hottest in Victoria? Most likely. Regardless all the girls at BOA are great and are worth a shot, each is different though and i've had my taste of a few.

Afaik, Mini Barbie is back for a while, I had a great session with her, super hot and more than excellent services, Evah formerly Vera is also a good one, and you can't go wrong with any of the BOA ladies of course.

I think Parker works out of BOA Nanaimo but visits BOA Victoria sometimes. I haven't been with Mini Barbie, but I have been with Evah several times. She would fit what your looking for. Great service & a total sweetheart! I agree with SharbyWolf99 about that & about the ladies at BOA. They're top notch. They are all msop. You'll likely find some that fit what you're looking for.
