Probably best to post this in Victoria 411 section. Of the independents I have seen in Victoria I would recommend Emily Marie or Sienna - both can be found on CL. There are also a few agenices in Victoria - the best right now is probably VIPS. If you check the BC Darlings website or google it you can find links and information on theses agencies.
