The weather is improving out my way, and I've snagged an extra day off work. That means it's time to bust out the smoker and make a feast. This long weekend, I've invited my neighbors over for some barbecue and beer. Figured it would be a nice gesture to get to know them better. If you have the extra day off, what are you all up to? Either way, enjoy what the long weekend brings.
