get it through your doctor ... if there are underlying medical problems you don't want to be taking it ... and it does have side effects ... some docs will give you a sample prescription to try it ...
then go with the on-line stuff ...
if you need something that lasts longer (as do the side effects) then try cialis ... supposed to be good for 48 hours or more ...
one side effect to consider is priapism -- this is basically an erection that will not go away ... eventually it becomes excruciatingly painful and may require emergency surgery where they have to drain the blood out ... and it can cause permanent damage.

And if there are underlying medical problems, isn't Viagra supposed to remedy that? After all, it was made to combat erectile dysfunction if I remember correctly.
I believe way it works is by increasing the blood flow to the penis and trapping it there. Increasing the blood flow will give you an stronger erection even if you don't have ED. Because the blood is "trapped" it is easier to go for the MSOG.

as well, if you have high blood pressure, cholesterol and are taking drugs to treat them then viagra is contraindicated.
also, some antidepressents can cause problems that should not be treated with viagra ...
viagra simply works by blocking an enzyme and allowing increased blood flow to the penis ... this results in easier but firmer erections but has little effect upon performance ...

I was part of the study that got Cialis approved for use in the US. I found it to be an excelent drug with only positive side effects. I am in my 60's but still 98% of the time, I have no problem getting it up or maintaining it to completion.
The difference using Cialis is the strenth of the erection, the size and the time it takes to reload.
If you are like me, you can get with it with a 90% erection, with Cialis with the right stimulant you will always have a 110% erection.
The circumference of my erection incleased by about 3/4 of an inch at the base. I did not notice any difference in the length.
With Cialis, I was able to have sex with my SO in the morning before work, a delighful hour with a20 year old redhead provider at lunch, and a wonderful warm brunette at 5:00 PM with MSOG.
That said, where do I find instructions for the exercises mentioned above???

I sometimes think I pull my goalie to much...lol...and have found that when I visit the girl I date I sometimes have a hard or I mean soft time of it...so I sometimes take half a tab for reassurance...i've talked with my doctor about this...he says there is nothing wrong with me physically...my testosterone level is very high...he suggests dating someone else...he's right...if your partner dont turn you...move on

I have try-ed viagra hoping for MSOG, started with 1/2 no help then 1 pill no better next 2 pills I may have had a firmer erection and stayed harder a bit longer but no MSOG.
