The city knows that prositution takes place there, but they are slow to act on the information. Funny when I used to go there it was a place to cruise for homo sex.
Jamie Lee Hamilton wants to see the laws changed so that Bawdy Houses can be in place so that the poor women can use them instead of using the Venus to serve the men "who treat them like garbage."
The real ironic thing about the article is that the reporter is a woman and she witnessed the sex acts going on in the balcony and describes the men who are getting serviced.
