I'm heading for Vegas Jan 8-13! :) (coincides with the AVN trade show http://www.adultentertainmentexpo.com/)
Any personal experience/tips you are willing to share re:
1. hangouts/pick up joints for 40 yr olds?
2. casino girls?
3. incalls?
4. brothels in the Vegas area?
5. strip clubs?

I've done quite a bit of internet research and found some good sites, and also found some interesting info from a similar post in B.C. 411, but I thought I'd cast a wider net to glean more wisdom from the greater PERB community.

What one might seem to generally expect re working girls: pricey and a real danger of getting rolled! The "casino girl" and brothel both seem to be the unique "Vegas" experience (duh :p ).

I've been to Vegas four times and have honestly had the best luck at the casino bars believe it or not. I'd reccomend The Palms, Hard Rock, Bellagio or Venetian. I've also found that the later in the evening is better if you're looking for better pricing. The process is simple, just sit at the bar by yourself and grab a drink. You'll know who the working girls are, they'll make eye contact with you and they'll be by themselves. This way you can check out the goods before you're committed to one by way of incall or outcall.

If you're determined to find and independent. check out www.theeroticreview.com under Vegas and do a search. It's a pay site, but you can get the jist of the good ones by their ratings.

As far as the brothels go, they're waaaaaaay out of town, but Sheri's does have a complementary limo service. I went to Sheri's once just to check the place out. Sat at the bar and Alicia, who's on the website comes and sits down. She then shows me around and takes me back to her room, it's like a studio apt, pretty cool. Long story short, price goes from $1500 down to $500 in a matter of minutes. The place was pretty dead, so I'm sure that had to do with it. Night clubs can be a blast or a complete waste of time and money. If you're with a group of guys, you most likely won't get into the clubs, they do a good job of keeping it from a sausagefest in the clubs out there. Our secret is to find some good looking women in the line without guys, start up some conversation, then maybe throw them 20 bucks so you can go in with them. Worked like a charm when I was there.

Strip clubs can be EXTREMELY expensive in Vegas, we found that out the hard way at Paradise Club or Club Paradise, I don't remember which one it is, but it's the one across the street from the Hard Rock. Be careful if you have some dancers sit with you. They will charge you an arm and a leg for their drinks, $20-$25 a piece while they're sitting with you. Be warned. We ended up with a $784 bar bill one night. They all have hot women dancing, but it's go home with a hardon. YOU'RE NOT GOING TO GET ANYTHING AT A STRIPCLUB. LOL That's for sure.

That`s a good idea, but never needed to do so because of the group I was with already. Night clubs are a great fun in Vegas. The reason is because Vegas employs so many people, there are not enough in the State of Nevada itself so many come in from other States. In fact, the money is soooo good in Vegas, that a lot of workers there actually fly in from L.A. and even the East Coast (and other parts) to work a week at a time. The airfare and hotel is easily compensated by the salaries/tips. While they are there, they party like hell. It`s a bigger party town than L.A., and when they are in the nightclubs, many lose all inhibitions. It is not uncommon to see breasts, pantiless upskirts, and oral sex in the nightclubs. Not to mention the almost open coke snorting and all that. The best time to go is during big conventions, such as CES or the various adult-oriented ones such as those put on by the porn industry.

I love this city too. I`ve investigated resuming my career there, but other things led me to Vancouver. Anyways, it`s a great place to visit. Last time I was there, I stayed 7 nights and I came back with less than 5 hours sleep a night and thoroughly exhausted.

Haven't been in many years, but try the Olympic Garden, close to the 'needle'. Nice place, used to be a restaurant, you can even charge everything to your credit card, and it still comes up as Olympic Garden Restaurant, yes, that means you can expense this!

A friend who went to Vegas showed me all these business cards for escorts that he said were just passed out to him as he walked the strip. I've seen the cards abd the gals even list some prices. Anyone else have this happen?

Yeah. This WILL happen to you. The general consensus is that these are agencies that will:
a) pull a bait and switch on you (the girl who shows up at your door will NOT be the one pictured) and
b) the "price" quoted (eg=$100?) will only be for the girl to show up! Everything from then on is an a la carte UPSELL!

I've just got back from 2 weeks in Vegas. You will have no problems in finding escorts. Picture/phone cards are given out on almost street corner on the strip. Never actually tried an escort there but the taxi drivers told me that they are rip offs. Very expensive because they have to pay a commission to whoever recommended them. Apparently there is some code on the cards passed out on the street that can identify the source in the event you happen to keep the cards. Driver told me that he gets $100 for a reference, even get $10 per client he drops off at the strip club (paid cash by the doorman at the time of drop off). He also said to be prepared to spend at least $400 to get a girl to your room. I was approached by several girls and offerred their services. I was sitting at the cheap slots near the bar... or just walk through the slot area and make eye contact with a girl... they follow like lost puppies. This was in the middle of the road hotels, Luxor, Excalibur, Ballys. If you hang around the Venetian, Ceasars, Mirage... expect to pay big $. My wife was with me on this trip so couldn't play but the opportunities were endless...

Years ago in Reno I was staggering around drunk trying to find my hotel or friends to get me back to the hotel and all the taxi drivers kept pulling over and asking me if I wanted to go to the ranch. Luckily i seemed to realize that being that drunk I would not have been able to perform and passed.

Well, not all girls will go for $$, but a fair number will.
The thing is, if you are staying in the same hotel as the girl who is working, you have a better chance. If you want to take her back to your hotel, many won't go.

hey Big Blue - I go there a lot. I wouldnt spend any time going to the brothels or strip clubs, and I personally usually avoid the night clubs. I like to gamble and if you are in any of the nice casinos there will be plenty of girls to find. If you like steaks go to Charlie Parker's steak house at the 4 Seasons and sit at the bar and enjoy a meal. I guarantee some pretty eye candy will show up before your done.

I did a little hunting and pecking and found Charlie Palmer's @ the Four Seasons in the Mandalay Bay complex...is this the one? I must say, it seems quite out of my league, but yours is a unique suggestion and I might have to try it...thanks!
