No, that's not it. The story of the film is this guy who is a sex addict/pooner. He's in a relationship with a civilian who finds out about his addiction but he cannot stop. It shows the guy using every trick in the book to find the money to poon. More interesting is it shows him with a couple of women who I suspected were actual sex workers in Vancouver. In the end it he gets caught for picking up a woman who is underage and is arrested. Came out around 2012-14 but I can't remember the name. There was a similarly named film at the same time that was American.
