Vancouver-need recommendation for DT hotel

Hi there!

I will be visiting Vancouver soon and I have never been so I am unsure of the downtown hotel.
I am looking for an upscale (at least 4 stars) that do not have key cards elevator (pass 10 or 11 is fine as I dont entertain late)
Close to good restaurants is bonus!

I would appreciate recommendation, pm would be prefer

Just off the top of my head, none of these require card keys and are all downtown and close to shopping and restraunts.
Im sure I could think of more, but I'm in LA and it's too hot to think too hard.

Sutton Place is a good one.

I stayed at the Fairmont Waterfront Hotel last February and enjoyed it very much.

Jeeeeeeeez.....what part of, pm would be prefer...........doesn't anybody understand.......plus have any of you looked at her website, not like she doesn't have any distinguishing features that make her stick out in a crowd.........all it takes is one staffer at any of the mentioned hotels to see this thread and you've just made life that much more difficult for her.
