I was pondering the same thing.

Personally, I don't get the math.
$120/head from the guys, paying for 2-3 drinks, night-long "appetizers", and rental of a club/bar. Fine.

What's the incentive for the ladies to show up?
Networking? Drinks/food paid for by the prospective clients?

Call me a cynic, but I'm not betting on their 3F-to-1M ratio being accurate.
