I do believe that was all Val when it came to doing vocals of the songs in the movie. Absolute legend.
Rewatched the movie last night and read up on what he did to play the part.
He learned and performed 50 Doors songs. According to Ray Manzarek, the band was blown away listening to him, thought man that IS JIM MORRISON!!
Also, quite the cast in that movie, look it up.
Movies are there for the time when the world is too much; a way to not think about everyday life and enjoy the movie.
As I get older I get a little bit nostalgist for actors as they get older and the movies they done.
One thing I see on Utube is the cast of a movies when it was made and what they look like now. All done to a song.....
