I guess it would be possible if she had a herpes or syphilis sore or another infection like chlamydia and rubbed your penis with vaginal fluid that these infections could be passed to you.

I am unsure what the actual risk would be, but it would be a lot less riskier than unprotected vaginal sex.

As most people do not get symptoms to sexually transmitted infections it is hard to know if someone has something unless they go for regular testing.

As it is something that has been playing on your mind and it can be hard to enjoy sex if something about the activity is bothering you. I can make a few suggestions for next time.

You can always tell someone if a certain activity concerns you. You could do the same activity but have them use one hand for them and one hand for you. If they were using there vaginal fluid as lubricant they can always use a different lubricant for the same activity. Just remember to use a water based lubricant if you plan on using a latex condom afterwards.
