I have had the AZ vaccination and pooning wasn't the first thing I thought about but it has been almost 24 hours. I know that the Dr. would say to wait, but I doubt any Dr would recomend this activity in any situation.

I would appreciate your opinions.

Thanks in advance.

According to the literature, two (2)weeks for the first Pfizer shot to build enough antibodies to have any efficacy(80%).

Those numbers were based on clinical trials while developing the vaccines. Since then, there have been many more people vaccinated, and the rise of variants. Current thinking from what I've read, is the protection is probably close to 50%, but remember - the vaccine isn't a guarantee you won't get the virus, just that if you do, your body's antibodies will keep it from becoming too serious.

Best Bet - Wait until two weeks after you get the SECOND shot.
