I'm eager to hear ...and i'm eager to hear....n eager to hear

Came from a stuttering reflex quite obvious . He's talking about wanting to hear about the challenges that the us and Europe have in common . He was not talking about a racial problem or subject. He was not mispronouncing the name of a country subject of his speech or renaming a well known person and / or telling "you" Frederick Douglas was still up and kicking.
The issue isn't whether he said it, or not. The issue is how it would have been fodder for two days of non-stop CNN coverage and denunciations from Democrats if Trump had uttered something similar.

The issue is also how this is the only thing you guys fixated on, and have ignored his history of racist comments, and the other things I mentioned.

The Right to Repair:

Given that this is one manufacturer they talk about in video. There is the car companies and then there are the electronic companies.
So the individual buys something, he should have the right to repair what he buys, and not have to have it repaired by the same company that sold him/her the product.
The car companies have some type of code for all cars that can be read by a digital computer (you have to download the car, make and model and engine size).

Now for example I used to have a samsung 4, it had a replaceable battery in it. It worked fine, but the replacement batteries weren't the same quality as the original battery, even though the replacement battery had the same stickers on it.... (it was actually a cheaper knock-off made in china with about 70-80 of the original lithum battery).

I got a new phone because the battery just wouldn't hold up. Forcing me to get a new phone. I got a new iphone, and that comes completely sealed, so in a few years (or at the end of my 2 year telephone plan- it will start to fail on the battery). So I will be forced to use the apple repair system to get a new battery, or hack it.

The manufacturing industry tries to keep money coming back to them in repairs. Whether that is mechanical or electrical products. So most people are gonna pay high repair prices or buy new if they need that product.
So this increases the amount of scrap in the garbage dump, contributing to environmental pollution because of throw away devices.

Should governments force companies to have alternate way for consumers to have options to repair on their products?

To be fair, getting a genuine Apple battery replacement from Apple is very fast and painless and only costs about $65.

Apple also gives you about 6 years of OS updates v. a year or two with Android.

If you look online, here are the 2 most important rules to follow to extend battery life:

- Dont' let battery discharge below 30% and don't charge over 70%
- Charge battery as slow as possible. I do this by charging via usb connection to my pc. Takes about 10 times as long to charge as via charger that came with the phone.

My phone will be 2 years old in March and the battery is as good as it was as when I got the phone, so the above definitley works. Whether it is worth the bother verses buying a new battery or just replacing the phone every 2 years when the contract runs out is possibly open to debate.

Some of you ar so obssessed with Trump, I don't know how you get through a day thinking about anything else.

Meanwhile, not a mention of Biden saying blacks and Hispanics don't know how to get onto the internet. No mention of him bombing Syria. No mention of him blurting out the "N" word in the middle of a speech. No mention of serious sexual harrassment allegations against Democrat Superhero Andrew Cuomo. No mention of $90 million given to BLM, with no benefit to any black community. No mention of kids in cages. No mention of why harsh weather wasn't anticipated to affect vaccine distribution.
Trump problem was his existence not anything else. He is just not a good human being period. He is a disgrace to humanity! Do I need to elaborate anymore?

Well, there's that attitude again.

Are you suggesting Trump should be eliminated?

None of you still haven't addressed any of the other issues, and we can now add the report on Saudi Arabia. Biden's tough talk during the campaign turned out to be another lie.

Well I, myself do not care about the foreign policy and believe those decisions are part of each country’s foreign affairs and will not be decided by one individual, that is my 2 cent.
The problem with this particular specie is, tell me what do you/we need to disqualify a person to ever occupy any office spot. His stupidity, his arrogance, his behaviour towards women (groping), his racism, his lack of knowledge about science/environment, his sick sexual life, his calling names towards others, his division of the country, his lies, and .......,,!
What do we need to disqualify a person, tell me what else you need!!!!

Actually I agree we should concentrate more on Biden, but he just another politician (even if he's the president). Meanwhile Trump is scum of the first order. So no we won't stop attacking Trump until he goes away.

Does that fact drive you crazy?

What drives me crazy is the rampant hypocrisy. Glad to see bombing other countries, human rights violations, caging kids, excusing murder, racism and incompetence are so acceptable to everyone now. Well done.

My old phone worked fine, but it was 6 years old and on a second battery that went faster then the first. The second battery wasn't a "samsung" battery but a knock off with samsung decals on it. Samsung discontinued to make the battery... So that it could make new phones.... Now it seems that all new phones are sealed, preventing you from just inserting a new battery when it goes bad. New iphone-1100.00, vs a new battery.

The thing is that every thing is being engineered to fail, so you have to spend more and more money. And it take you time to take it to a repair place and a couple of days without an phone....

I think it started with car parts.... instead of getting a new diode (pennies) for the alternator, get and new altenator for 150.00 (new altenator are all encased, so you can't get at the diode)...

Even Nixon (formerly of the Republican party) had the grace to resign.

Trump, in an effort to reverse his election loss, incited an insurrection. He led a violent mob to the Capitol and they were getting ready to hang his Vice President. 5 people died, including a police officer. Those events all happened. There is no modern day equivalent.

Trump is unable to accept the defeat he suffered in the election due to his flawed personality. He perpetuates the lie of of a rigged election so he doesn’t have to admit to being a loser.

And the Trump administration went over 300+ days without even a Press Briefing. Psaki said today they'd be scheduling one for the month's end. Are traditional presidential norms that important to you? You must have been throwing a fit the last 4 years.
So, explain why this isn't Biden's program, when the constant barrage of "kids in cages" was solely Trump's program? The crisis on the southern border, being stormed by people in Biden T-shirts, is a result of Biden's policies, but it's not hs program? How does that work?...
