The family did not have the authority to grant him filming rights, and he brought campaign aides which was not 'in the allowed personal capacity'. Also the posting on xchitter immediately turned it into a partisian purpose and is a legal infracrion. Not to mention the blatant rhetoric from Vance.

You said the controversy at Arlington cemetery was fake news, and refused to specify what about it was fake, indicating that you didn't believe the story at all. You lied then, as nothing in the story was fake. And you've lied in pretty much every post since then.
