I have been asking this myself for the past about 9-10 years. An erosion of once was right of center now is pretty much the same as what the Taliban preaches. States side anyway, creeping rapidly north and frankly world wide.

I wouldn't agree more. I was born and raised as a Christian. A conservative myself. Both my parents were conservative and very Christian but non what the Reps are doing, supporting an egomaniac is at all conservatism. The guy is all for himself. Look what he has done as a young man, a businessman, a politician and as a president "Everything he touches, die". Most of his people are either indicted, convicted and in jail. Everybody can see that, yet his base and allies still can't seem to care. They just wants to be in power and fuck the system. Their greed for power is so abnormal that I sometime think, Is this really happening? Why? What on earth has gotten to them? True, lots need to be done but if they put the orange turd back in office, they are definitely going in the opposite direction where conservatism should be heading. Not that I like him a lot but I will be rooting for JB because I feel he is still a far lesser evil and a better choice for America and for all the free loving countries in the world.
Looks like dude made the right call. They won't let him win. NY State did not put in prison as planned so Democrats just wanted him dead today.

… in this latest assassination attempt on orange turd life, let me share something to all of you. There is one important thing that I’ve learned in my life. It took awhile but never was it too late. There are always, always two side of the coin. If you spew hate, you get hate in return. If you incite violence, you face violence in return. If you love others, others will also love you. It’s as simple as that.
