The DOJ/FBI have found someone to "crack" the iphone5 they want to get into.

I would think that Apple should be happy that they don't have to "crack" their own security. If the DOJ/FBI do get a system to "crack" Apple's security, people that care will be buying new phones with stronger security. People, like me, that assume that someone is always listening - won't care because we never say anything illegal or of business importance on a phone.
