unwanted auot calls

has anyone had this p.i.t.a. of a prob?I get these unsolicited calls,from 604-665-3947

I saw # on call display&made the mistake of phoning.got a busy sig,then a recording that said
I'd be called when line is clear.

then,my ph rings,like 3 quick ones,by the time I pick up,it's busy,get the same message.
If I ignore it,it leaves a message on ans.mach. that it'll contact me.

I was in the shower,came out&there were 5! f...g messages from these asswits.
Got no idea who it is,what they're selling,etc.

Does anybody know how to lose these f..ktards?or who to complain to?

I think the best way is to contact your telecommunication company to block the number for you.
